Return & Refund Policy
General Return Requirements
All eligible products can be returned for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date your order was successfully delivered.
Eligible products means the item is unopened and unused.
If 30 calendar days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot accept the item as a return or offer a refund.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items:
The following products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Items purchased on Sale or Clearance.
- Items purchased as part of a Promotional Bundle or Discount Offer (e.g., Buy One Get One).
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Conditions for Return & Refund (Company Error):
Customers are entitled to a return and full refund (including original shipping costs and waived fees) for the following reasons:
- Product arrived damaged during shipping.
- Product is defective due to a manufacturer issue.
- Product received is expired.
- Product received does not match the description on the website.
Refund Deductions and Fees:
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, subject to the following deductions:
- Fixed Restocking Fee: A $15.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. (Note: This fee is waived if the return is due to a Company Error listed above.)
- Return Shipping Cost: The cost of the return shipping label provided by us will be deducted from your refund total. (Note: This does not apply if the return is due to a Company Error listed above.)
Return & Refund Process:
- Initiate Return: Email us at info@zellahealth.com including your order number, name, and reason for return.
- Receive Label: Within 24 business hours, we will email you the Return Label file (containing our warehouse address and return shipping method).
- Ship Item: You must carefully package the returned order, print and attach the Return Label, and ship the package within 7-10 calendar days of receiving the label.
- Refund Issued: After the returned order arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
